JENNA LEE, FBN CORRESPONDENT: Good morning, everybody. Coming up on IMUS IN THE MORNING, radio talk show host Michael Graham joins Imus in about 30 minutes from now.
Before that, let's get to your Fox Business Minute, we do have some breaking news this morning, Kraft and Cadbury finally have a deal. After four months of back and forth, Cadbury's board accepting Kraft's $19.6 billion offer.
That's an increase of more than $2 billion, from Kraft's first offer back in August. Accepting this deal is an about-face for Cadbury's Chairman, Roger Car. He has repeatedly said the bid was not good enough and told shareholders not to let Kraft steal the company, but still we have to wait until January 25th, until this becomes official.
Another story breaking this morning, Google delaying the launch of its mobile phone in China due to a dispute over censorship. According to the "Wall Street Journal," the company is also looking into whether any of its employees in China played a part in the recent cyber attack. China's Foreign Ministry saying this morning that foreign firms should respect China's laws and regulations and Google is no exception to that.
And, finally, Citigroup reporting results this morning, we're expecting that report at 8:00 Eastern time, the big bank is expected to lose 33 cents a share on revenue of $18.4 billion. Investors are going to be watching for what the bank says about bad loans, still on its books.
That's your Fox Business Minute, let's take a look at these European markets. Absorbing some of that news, potentially about Kraft and Cadbury, you see (INAUDIBLE) down nearly1 percent.
As far as our U.S. stock futures, we've been relatively flat this morning as we await that news from Citigroup. And as far as commodities, oil and gold, not a whole lot of movement there as well. Oil is under $78 a barrel, and gold up just a dollar.

Finally, maybe now we'll be moved to take stock of why a country that is so close to our own, and clearly so much wants to be part of this -- what is going on, up lift and the good life, normal life. Why they are so close to us and still so poor? You know, why can't Cubans come here if they can make it here legally, but Haitians can't and what role have we played in replica breitling watches Haiti's under development?
So none of these things happen in a vacuum and maybe that God knows the price is much too high. But maybe this is the moment we start doing right by Haiti and by a neighbor who clearly wants to play the game to win. They don't want to just get welfare if they want to be part of a nation that is successful in doing well.
