To qualify for the Hall of Valor, members of the armed forces must have been born, enlisted or lived most of their lives in Pennsylvania. The qualifying medals are: The Medal of Honor, The Distinguished Service Cross, The Navy Cross, The Air Force Cross, The Silver Star Medal, The Distinguished Flying Cross and The Soldiers Medal.
